A nova sede do CAU PI, denominada Casa do
Arquiteto, situa-se na Rua Areolino de Abreu, nº 2103, Centro/norte. Próximo a
Rua Coelho de Resende, em Teresina.
É uma edificação Eclética e de interesse cultural.Atualmente, a reforma da casa,encontra-se em processo licitatório, para dar inicio aos trabalhos.
