Após um semestre inteiro dedicado ao estudo de propostas arquitetônicas de uso social, cultural, educacional, ambiental, de serviços e de lazer, integradas com o contexto urbano teresinense, a disciplina de projetos arquitetônicos 6, ministrada pelas professoras Dra. Alcilia Afonso (Kaki) e MS.Sandra Selma conseguiu atingir a sua meta junto aos alunos, que realizaram sete excelentes projetos para serem construídos no conjunto habitacional Jacinta Andrade, zona norte de Teresina, financiado pelo PAC/ Governo Federal.
A apresentação dos projetos ocorreu nesta quarta-feira, dia 9 de dezembro, das 15h ás 18h, no Auditório do Centro de Tecnologia da UFPI, contando com a presença de professores e alunos da disciplina, além da presença massiva de técnicos da ADH, comandados pelo prof. Marcelino Fonteles.
O Conjunto possuirá 4300 casas, além de edifícios voltados para fins educacionais, de saúde e segurança. As áreas verdes e novas propostas de uso ficaram sob a responsabilidade da disciplina de projetos arquitetônicos 6.
Tais propostas serão encaminhadas ao Governo Federal, através do presidente da ADH, prof. Marcelino Fonteles, que se encarregará de pleitear em Brasília os recursos para a realização concreta das propostas, e que teve também, a fundamental parceria com a Caixa Econômica Federal, através da GIDUR.
Foram projetadas sete edificações e áreas verdes urbanizadas para proporcionarem melhoria habitacional ao Conjunto que abrigará aproximadamente 20.000 pessoas. Foram projetados: 1) Centro de educação ambiental; 2) Centro de serviços e comércio; 3) Centro de lazer e gastronomia; 4) Centro poliesportivo; 5) Centro para Melhor Idade; 6) Centro cultural e, 7) Usina de tratamentos de resíduos sólidos.
Tais propostas visam proporcionar não apenas uma melhoria sócio-cultural na área da Santa Maria da Codipi, mas também, gerar emprego e renda para aquela comunidade, visando dotar a região de uma infra-estrutura que acarrete o desenvolvimento sustentável regional.
Os projetos propostos trabalharam com uma arquitetura concebida com critérios da modernidade, valorizando o uso da modulação em planta e na volumetria, plantas livres, volumes puros, uso de transparências espaciais, atenção ao detalhe construtivo, uso de materiais locais, e principalmente, a adoção de uma arquitetura bioclimática, voltada para soluções que amenizem as altas temperaturas de Teresina.
Os projetos serão entregues à ADH e à CAIXA, em nível básico, compostos de plantas de locação, cobertura, agenciamento paisagístico, plantas baixas construtivas e layoutadas, cortes, fachadas, 3ds, caderno de detalhes e memorial descritivo, demonstrando o potencial dos alunos da disciplina que se empenharam ao máximo em apresentar estudos de grande qualidade projetual.
